Horse Riding
Vacations
Horseback Riding Vacations with the Horse Holiday Farm are very
special.
The Horse Holiday Farm lies in the shadow of Ben Bulben directly
on the Atlantic coast with breathtaking views.
We have a long time experience of catering to the discerning rider
and can offer the superlative in riding breaks.
What the experts say: "Excellent open riding country on very
sensible horses in a part of the world where riding is a way of
life - and where it's meant to be fun!"
Sunday Times
The Horses
Ireland is known the world over as the land of the horse. Irish
horses have an excellent temperament, they are kind and easy to
handle and ride. Irish horses have a natural jumping ability and
plenty of courage.
The horses on the Horse Holiday Farm are very healthy, well groomed,
trained, surefooted and unspoilt.
We have horses to suit all abilities of rider. On arrival, we
will match horse and rider.
For experience riders: Your Horse will take you at a leisurely
amble if you wish and he is also competent at galloping along
the sand dunes and beaches or jumping the obstacles on the Cross-Country
Course.
For less experience riders: You will be given a horse, which is
safe and quiet in all respects.
Our horse will be yours for at least a week or for as long as
you wish to stay.
